Who is Maki Beds for?

Cabins, inns, glamping sites and small lodges that take their own bookings, from a single unit to a few dozen.

What does the AI agent do?

It answers your guests on WhatsApp at any hour, quotes from your rates, holds the dates while the guest decides and sends the payment link. When something is beyond what it can handle, it hands the conversation to you.

How do guests pay?

By card, through a payment link that you or your AI agent send on WhatsApp, or that you copy into any message. The money goes into your own Stripe account. Transfers and cash can be recorded too.

Do I need a website?

No. You get a booking page you can share as a link, and you can add it to your website later.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Invite the people who help you and give each one a role (manager or agent). The number of people depends on your plan.

How much does it cost?

Each plan’s price and what it includes are on the plans page. The AI agent is part of some plans, not all. There is no setup fee, and you can cancel anytime from your billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
